Beautifully done
I’m pleased with my rug but the process of getting it was long. Didn’t receive an actual number to track my package like regular delivery services and it took a week for someone to respond to my email after I finally received my rug.
It’s alright, looks cheaper in person than online. It also took way longer than website said it would. I emailed 3 times and even messaged on IG for an update and never got any response. Just had to wait and hope I got my order eventually. I was so close to submitting a claim with my bank cause I thought I got scammed. I understand it’s a small business and shipping may take long, but you need to communicate that especially if it takes way longer than advertised on your site. Overall, it’s just fine but the customer service really put me off from ever wanting to order again.
Did not even come in. Tracking said it didn't even get mailed out. You steal my money. You have no return policy
